WHAT:
A day of action, including a town hall meeting, an exhibit featuring the work of an award-winning TIME magazine photographer, and a community walk-through, will draw attention to the ongoing challenges residents face in rebuilding their Gulf Coast communities.

WHO:
Organized by Oxfam America and the NAACP with support from the Steps Coalition. Guests will include actor/activist Danny Glover; Bruce Gordon, president of the NAACP; Raymond C. Offenheiser, president of Oxfam America; community advocates; and state officials. Moderator for the town hall meeting is George Curry, editor-in-chief of the National Newspaper Publishers Association News Service.
